One part of industrial zone in Padova called ZIP nord is going to be changed in the future. City works on a new development plan of this area. Some of the buildings will be removed and some will go through conversion to tertiary sector and housing. First task was in a group of three to create a masterplan of specified area including coworking, working incubators, conference hall, services, restaurants, cafés, bars, shops, residence, parking, park for sports…

My task was a conversion of an old industrial hall to coworking centre. Just the main construction of the building remained and new construction and boxes of different functions were putting into it. Through all building goes dynamic wooden platform creating different spaces on different places. It act as floor, ceiling, stairs, bridges and also library. It covers the closed working spaces in the first floor and in the second floor provide an open atelier space under the skylight roof.
